Drain My Lawn did a fantastic job in evaluating my problems, and determining the correct solution. Kenneth did my assessment and provided a very detailed video and drawing to explain the installation of my french drain. It has rained a LOT since installation, and there have been no more issues with water pooling in my front yard. Can't say enough about the folks at Drain My Lawn.. I had them replace two driveaway culverts, install a new one in a second driveway and do some drainage related grading on my property and was very pleased!.. When my son bought his first home recently... We had Drain My Lawn come out and look at a situation caused by the previous owner.. They installed new drainage lines and a catch basin and graded and seeded the area afterwards... Now it looks like they were never there. Had a downpour a day or two after they finished the work and the new drainage system worked flawlessly!!! I really like Nick's business model and how he pours into the staff and give them opportunities to be part of the business. Everyone is very responsive and respectful. When Nick came out to both properties, he not only listened to our concerns, but spent time taking measurements and video of the area. From the effort put into the estimate months ago, to the work put in on the job today, Drain My Lawn has been communicative, professional, and has done everything they said they would do. Their estimates were itemized in a clear-to-understand way and the costs were what you'd expect for reasonable quality. Typically, all you hope is that whomever you hire does the job you asked for well, but it's always an added benefit when they are also friendly and personable. That defines this team. We never had any concerns that they would cut corners or rush the job. The results back that up. Heck, as they were working, their expertise identified an issue with the neighbors lawn! Most people might have ignored it, but they kept us in the loop and educated us about many things. We bought a new house and after the very first rain it was clear we had a serious drainage problem which caused several thousand gallons of water to collect in the backyard (and took DAYS to drain), and the water got dangerously close to the crawl space. Nick came out and confirmed the problem, did a thorough assessment, and completed the job while we were on vacation. We returned home a few days after the work was completed, on the morning after a big downpour and the backyard was bone dry. They did a great job cleaning up the mess and even seeded the yard where they worked. We are impressed with the work and believe the price, although significant, was fair for the amount of work done. It is not an overstatement to say that the guys at Drain My Lawn saved my yard. Having a house on the side of a hill is a challenge, but they clearly knew what they were doing. He made a plan, we agreed on the work, and they were in and out - including lawn repair - in 4 days. Now (5 months later) we have no pools, no washouts, and more grass. It's a great transformation. I will echo the good reviews that have been posted so far for these guys. I really like the communication and prompt response I received. I submitted a request for appointment/call on Saturday and have already met with them by Monday evening. Nick came to my home and looked at the issue I'm having with mild erosion in my side yard. It's not a major issue but is large enough that I wanted to get a professional opinion on how to fix it. He could have easily sold me on a costly overkill solution but that didn't happen. Instead, Nick explained what was really causing the erosion and identified a few options that would help. Ultimately the solution won't require their services, but I will gladly recommend them to others and call on them if I have other issues in the future. See more See less

Nick came out to diagnose my drainage issues, provided great documentation and came back again when we had more questions and potential problem areas before pulling the trigger. When we suggested to rip and replace an additional drain, Nick said while he could, it wouldn’t be cost effective and wouldn’t lead to a better outcome. That kind of honesty is refreshing, appreciated and unfortunately, somewhat rare. Trust trumps everything and Nick is trustworthy in how he runs his business. After placing a small deposit to get scheduled, the team actually started the work a week before they said they could. Nicks team was respectful of my property and expeditious in their work. I contacted Nick when I was having issues with water flooding into my home. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the detailed job he did assessing the issue. His recommended solution ended up being something that required repair by the DOT, but he did not try and push any other solutions on me. It was because of Nick that I was able to finally figure out what needed to be done after many others had offered no help. I was slated to install my driveway with-in two weeks time. However, there was an unforseen problem....Installing the driveway will block the the path of water drainage. There will be a very large holding cell of water that will sit against my house foundation and surround my deck posts and entry unto the deck. I reached out to Drain My lawn and Kenneth came out with-in one day of our phone conversation. He diffintely understood the ugergency. He made his assessment and sent me a veido explanation of what had to be done to correct my situation. Great service! Nick came out and inspected my issue with poor drainage in my front yard near my front steps. He proposed his plan for a drain to me and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. I agreed to the work and we called the city to have the yard marked to do the work. The city was slow to respond and Nick stepped in and escalated with the city and got that taken care of.
